Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard's McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32

5 Ayurvedic Herbs and Medicines to Boost the Immune System
Ayurveda describes three fundamental energies (doshas) that govern an individual’s inner and outer environments, known in Sanskrit as Vata (Wind), Pitta (Fire), and Kapha (Earth). These primary forces are responsible for the characteristics of an individual's mind and body, and each individual has a unique proportion of these three forces that shape their behaviour and nature.
The foundation of Ayurvedic treatment relies upon recognizing when the doshas have become excessive or deficient, as this is known to cause an imbalance, weaken immunity, and lead to disease. When there is minimal stress and the flow of energy within a person is balanced, the body’s natural defense systems will be strong and can more easily defend against disease.

Kaay Chikitsa (Medicine)
Surgery Shalya Tantra
Sushruta was a physician in ancient India known today as the “Father of Indian Medicine” and “father of plastic surgery” for inventing and developing surgical procedures. His work on the subject, the Sushruta Samhita( Sushruta's Compendium) is considered the oldest text in the world on plastic surgery and is highly regarded as one of the Great Trilogy of Ayurvedic Medicine.
The practice of surgery was already long established in India by the time of Sushruta but in a less-advancedform than what he practiced. He significantly developed different surgical techniques (such as using the head of the ant to sew surtures) and most notably, invented the practice of cosmetic surgery. His specialty was rhinoplasty, the reconstruction of the nose, and his book instructs others on exactly how a surgeon should proceed.
Raktamokshana
Raktamokshana (Blood letting / Jaluka / Leech therapy /Blood therapy cleansing and purification) :
Raktamokshana is an effective blood purification therapy, in which carefully controlled removal of small quantities of blood is conducted to neutralize accumulated Pitta toxins of many blood-borne diseases. This is because Raktamokshana decreases the quantum of enhanced Pitta dosha and thus the diseases caused by Pitta are also relieved. The treatment is recommended for people with an imbalance in blood and ‘pitta doshas’ as well as skin disorders like eczema, dermatitis, and sciatica.

Purificatory measure in diseases related with impure blood by using external means like ,instruments [Pracchanam] leeches [Jalookavcharana] , horns etc.
